TERMS OF BUSINESS

BOOKING IN & COLLECTION TIMES:
Mornings - Monday to Saturday 9am to 10.30am
- Sundays & Bank Holidays 9am to 12 noon
Afternoons - Monday to Saturday only
Summer, 4pm to 5.30pm
Winter, 4pm to 5pm

HOURS OF BUSINESS:
The kennels and cattery are open from 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 5.30pm. If
you wish to view our facilities you are welcome to visit us any morning,
Monday to Saturday between 9am and 12 noon.
Owners on holiday in the area may take their dog/s out between 9am to
5.30pm in the Summer and 9am and 5pm in the Winter, Monday to Saturday.
On Sundays and Bank Holidays dog/s may be taken out between 9am and 12
noon.
The kennels and cattery are closed to owners from 12 noon on Christmas
Eve and New Year's Eve, and all day on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New
Year's Day and Easter Sunday.

VETERINARY:
All pets must be up to date with veterinary recommended vaccines, flea and
worm treatments. Dogs must also be up to date with the Infectious
Tracheobronchitis ('kennel cough') inoculation. Vaccination treatments need
to be completed 10 days prior to boarding.
Conditions arising during boarding may be recoverable via our Boarding
Insurance up to £1500.00. Dogs taken out of the kennels during their stay are
excluded from cover for illness and any injury sustained whilst not in our care.

Treswarrow Boarding Kennels & Cattery is inspected and licenced by Cornwall Council and is
a member of the UK Kennel & Cattery Association. Insurance is provided by PetPlan
Insurance.

PRICE LIST
Prices are based on a 24 hour period or part thereof. The minimum charge is three days boarding over weekends and peak periods.
Boarding for a single 24 hour period or part thereof cannot be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
A non- refundable deposit of two days boarding is required at time of reservation. Once in residence the total reserved stay is due. Outstanding payment is due on collection by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Additional 3rd dog sharing the same kennel is £7. Heating is £3 per kennel as required (24 hours).
